Virgin America's in-flight teammates debut the chic new pump onboard flights as of this fall. The pump is also available to the public exclusively on Zappos.com with $10 from the sale of each shoe donated to the American Heart Association* to support awareness, research and education programs aimed at combating cardiovascular disease. This runway-worthy pump is in Virgin America's signature red – the same sparkly shade used on the airline's plane livery – and effortlessly transitions from airport concourse to a night on the town. Marrying fashion and comfort, the patent leather heel is built for dashing down the airport concourse – with features like extra insole padding and a limber, rubber sole for better grip.

Today, the airline is launching a "Get Pumped for Vegas" sweepstakes to offer travelers a chance to kick up their heels and win the ultimate high-style getaway for two to Las Vegas with mood-lit flights on Virgin America, a two night stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a $1500 Zappos Gift Card and a personal stylist to help pick out the perfect outfit for a night on the strip**. The concept for Virgin America teammates' look – from uniform to hair and makeup – is "effortless travel chic." The airline launched a new uniform in 2012, which included a red dress as a way for teammates to show support for the American Heart Association. The optional uniform option quickly became one of the most popular pieces for teammates and the following year, the red dress was officially made a permanent teammate uniform option. Virgin America teammates have also participated in the AHA Heart Walk every year since 2009 – and have raised nearly $70,000 for the organization to support awareness, research, education and community programs to benefit women.
