Vote 2 Reduce Debt and Person to Person PAC host GOTV rallies in support of Alaska U.S. Senate Candidate Dan Sullivan
Rallies will feature some of the biggest names in Alaska politics, sports and business
ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Oct. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Two national Super PACs, Vote 2 Reduce Debt and Person to Person PAC, today announced their GOTV rally weekend line-up in support of United States Senate candidate Dan Sullivan. The Alaska U.S. Senate race is one of the closest and most watched in the nation and is seen as a possible tipping point for returning control of the U.S. Senate to Republicans.
The rallies will feature Congressman Don Young; professional hockey player Justin Johnson; Anchorage mayor and Lt. Governor candidate Dan Sullivan; Alaska House Majority Leader Lance Pruitt; The Honorable Mark Hamilton, Major General, Ret.; and, Alaska House Representative Charisse Millet. The events will be emceed by conservative commentator, author and filmmaker Steve Laffey. Performing live at the events is country music sensation Ayla Brown, the daughter of New Hampshire U.S. Senate candidate Scott Brown.
The two rallies will take place on Saturday evening October 18th in the Mat-Su Valley at the Grandview Inn Glacier Bar and Grill, 2900 East Parks Highway, at 5pm, and on Sunday October 19th in Anchorage at the Snow Goose Restaurant, 717 West 3rd Avenue, 4pm.
Vote 2 Reduce Debt opened its Anchorage campaign headquarters in August, and beginning in September Person to Person PAC began deploying volunteers in for live phone banking and for walking neighborhoods.
