This includes status of the order, when the order will ship with estimated delivery dates, links to packing slips and invoices as well as certificates for products where applicable. In addition, customers can sort their orders using a range of parameters. The order status functionality provides customers with a self-service tool which answers the age-old question of "Where is my order?"
