Walker appoints Jennifer Batley principal

INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Indianapolis-based consulting firm Walker Information has announced the promotion of Jennifer Batley to principal and senior vice president of consulting services.

In her role, Batley is responsible for collaborating with large, complex organizations to develop customer strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Batley has been at Walker for more than 15 years, and has been a leader in serving key clients who operate globally in a variety of industries. She is involved with the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) and is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). In 2007 she was named by Ottawa Business Journal as the top "40 Under 40" business people in Ottawa.
