The Covenant Covers Patents Related to Fundamental Areas of Technology Relevant to Numerous Companies and Industries

CHICAGO, Sept. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ICAP Patent Brokerage, a division of ICAP plc and the world's largest intellectual property and patent auction firm, today announced that it will offer a Covenant Not to Sue (CNS) from Walker Digital, LLC at its upcoming CNS Auction September 27th in Los Angeles. The CNS covers Walker Digital's patent portfolio of approximately 643 assets, including 341 issued United States patents and 293 issued and/or allowed United States patent applications.

The Walker Digital patents cover many areas of technology, including, electronic commerce, financial services, transaction processing, pricing, social networking, communications, GPS navigation, surveillance, purchasing systems, sales and promotion methods, content viewing, photography, gaming and other areas core and relevant to many companies and industries.
