Waterway Cove Celebrates Opening of Main Amenity Area with Month Long Celebration

WILMINGTON, N.C., May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The developers of Waterway Cove, a boutique coastal community located in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, are proud to announce a huge milestone in their community. They are celebrating the opening of their large amenity site this month with a month long celebration.

This amenity site includes a clubhouse with kitchen, fitness facility, meeting rooms and lending library, as well as the community pool with bathhouse and outdoor grill and terrace. “We are so happy to be strongly moving forward with this great community. The opening of the clubhouse and pool is a significant event for Waterway Cove,” said Steve Clark, developer of the community. He continued, “This shows our commitment to both our current and future property owners as well as all of Ocean Isle Beach. We are here for the long haul and want nothing but success for our entire community, both inside Waterway Cove and out.”

To celebrate their grand opening, Waterway Cove will be hosting a number of different events throughout the entire month of May 2011 to showcase the amenity site and community as a whole. From poolside cookouts to private property tours, to book signings by local authors in the new lending library—events are scheduled weekly highlighting various aspects of the lifestyle both at Waterway Cove and in Ocean Isle Beach. They will also be releasing additional properties including a limited release of Intracoastal Waterway view homesites.

“People are very interested in what we are doing here,” says Lonnie Kinlaw, Sales Manager for Waterway Cove. “Over 100 people have already scheduled private property tours in May and that number grows each day. We have people coming from at least six different states to see Waterway Cove and possibly make Waterway Cove and Ocean Isle Beach their permanent home.”
