Get Out. Get Grilling, available for download on the iBookstore, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble. Written by New York Times best-selling cookbook author and James Beard Award nominee Jamie Purviance, Time to Grill, released in a soft-cover format in 2011, has sold more than 260,000 copies to date.

Weber's Time to Grill digital book features more than 200 paired recipes. "Easy" recipes—those with prep times generally 15 minutes or less—appear first, and "adventurous" recipes—those with prep times of approximately 30 minutes—appear consecutively. Each "easy/adventurous" recipe pairing features the same main ingredient, like New York strip steaks; however, Purviance offers two routes to take. For example, Purviance created a simple, yet delicious Strip Steaks with Tomato and Blue Cheese Vinaigrette for the easy version; he then offers a more adventurous counterpart that uses tomato paste to marinate the steaks, with blue cheese incorporated into a creamy Gorgonzola sauce.
Each recipe in the new digital book comes with a brilliant, four-color photograph by James Beard Award winning photographer Tim Turner. In the digital book available on the iBookstore, each recipe contains a Quick Tip with the option to toggle between easy and adventurous. While main courses in red meat, pork, poultry, and seafood are well covered, Purviance has made chapters for appetizers, vegetables, desserts—and even eggs. For example, an easy Cinnamon French Toast grilling recipe is paired with a more adventurous Stuffed Brioche French Toast.
The beginning of Weber's Time to Grill is loaded with tips and illustrative photos on topics such as stocking your pantry for strategic grilling; "must-have" grilling tools; a clever "Prep School" section for readying various foods for cooking; an educational "knives" overview; and tips and techniques for using a gas versus a charcoal grill.
