Weekend line-up grows for Bobby Z's Benefit 2 Celebrate Life Concert March 9 at First Ave

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --  2^nd Annual Benefit 2 Celebrate Life! Bobby Z & Friends – Weekend line-up grows.

Robert Rivkin, better known as Bobby Z the former drummer for Prince & The Revolution, and his organization, My Purple Heart, has partnered again with the American Heart Association to host benefit concert on 2^nd anniversary of his near-fatal heart attack.

VIP Admission and pre-party: $150 (doors open at 6 p.m.)

The Saturday event will star the tribute performance "Princess" featuring Maya Rudolph (of SNL fame) and Gretchen Lieberum, followed by a celebrity-filled concert including Questlove (of The Roots on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon), Andre Cymone, Dez Dickerson, Dr. Fink, Alexander O'Neal, Stokley (of Mint Condition), Nicholas David (Minnesota contestant from The Voice) and more surprise celebrity guest artists.
