West Appoints Annette Favorite Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
EXTON, Pa., Sept. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (NYSE: WST), a global leader in innovative solutions for injectable drug administration, today announced it has appointed Annette Favorite to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 5, 2015. In this role, Ms. Favorite will serve on the senior executive team, reporting to Eric Green, Chief Executive Officer, and will oversee the company's global human resources function.
Most recently, Ms. Favorite served as Vice President, Global Talent Management at IBM Corporation. In this role, Ms. Favorite led the human resources teams responsible for talent acquisition, skills management, people analytics, mobility and immigration programs, performance management and workforce planning. Ms. Favorite spent more than 25 years at IBM, and served in a number of strategic and global human resources roles.
