White Coffee's Organic Naturals Single Serve Selected One of Best New Products of the Year

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Distinguished specialty food trade magazine, The Gourmet Retailer, has chosen White Coffee's "Organic Naturals Single Serve Cups" as one of the best new products of the year for 2013. Featured in the August/September edition of the on-line and print magazine, White Coffee's Organic Naturals Single Serve Cups were selected from nearly 1,000 new products submitted in the competition this year.

A comprehensive screening process that included judges from The Gourmet Retailer, Progressive Grocer and Convenience Store News trade magazines selected the winners. Products were judged on three criteria: taste/functionality, innovation and value. To be eligible, products were required to be introduced between March 2012 and June 2013.

This is only the second time The Gourmet Retailer magazine has honored the best new products with an "Editor's Pick" competition. The magazine, the industry's most comprehensive source of news and information on merchandising, store operations/education, new products, and trends, has been serving retailers in the specialty food industry for over 30 years.
