The wood fired pizzas contain 8 whole grains and 19g of whole grains per serving. The company also makes five varieties of gluten free pizza, produced in Better4U Foods' Gluten Free Certified Facility, certified by the GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization). The gluten free multigrain crust contains 8g of whole grains per serving. The gluten free varieties are: Gluten Free Four Cheese, Gluten Free Uncured Pepperoni, Gluten Free Roasted Vegetable, Gluten Free Mediterranean and Dairy Free Gluten Free Roasted Vegetable.
