Workhorse Software Announces New Hire Michelle DeTolla as Implementation Manager New position to streamline deployment, enhance customer service

EVANSTON, Ill., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Workhorse Software, an industry leader providing media planning software for advertising and marketing agencies, today announced the appointment of Michelle DeTolla to the position of Implementation Manager.  In this newly created position, DeTolla will work with Workhorse sales, project management and support teams to coordinate the implementation of Mediatools™ at new and existing clients worldwide.  She will be based in the company's Evanston, IL office.

DeTolla joins Workhorse from Starcom Media Vest Group in Chicago where she served as associate media director. In this capacity DeTolla co-managed a special project to analyze processes across Procter & Gamble's Global Sight Sound & Motion Group (SSM) resulting in the reallocation of staff resources.  She also collaborated with P&G's Media Procurement Group on operational issues related to media buying.  While at Starcom, DeTolla also served as client supervisor of P&G's SSM Publishing Activation Group where she managed media buying for print advertising with responsibility for $120 million in annual spending covering 17 brands such as CoverGirl and Tide.
