Wyle Announces 2012 Financial Results Information

For the fourth quarter of 2012, Wyle expects to report revenue of $265 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $18.7 million. Further discussion with respect to the fourth quarter results has been posted to the restricted data site. For the year ended Dec. 30, 2012, Wyle expects revenue to be $1,156 million and Adjusted EBITDA to be $87.4 million. The final results for the fourth quarter will be reflected in the quarterly financial statements posted to the restricted data site by March 20.
