NEW YORK, May 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Xceligent and CompStak, leading providers of verified commercial real estate information, announced today that key components of CompStak Exchange will be integrated into Xceligent's CDX and Pro platforms beginning this summer.

To date, CompStak has crowdsourced more than one million analyst-verified commercial lease comps from a nationwide network of brokers, appraisers, and researchers. The New York-based startup is delivering unprecedented, real-time visibility into leasing activity in dozens of markets across the US and UK.

By partnering, these two data providers can work together to accomplish their shared vision of a more efficient, more transparent commercial real estate industry.
