Yangtze River Storage Technology Issues Statement on Rumors about its Negotiations with Micron Technology

WUHAN, China, Nov. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to media reports about the talks between Yangtze River Storage Technology ("YMTC") and Micron Technology on technology licensing and collaboration, YMTC made the following statement:

Up to now, YMTC has never held negotiations with Micron Technology on any topic. Mr. Ding Wenwu, vice chairman of YMTC, has never made any comment or released any information on this.
