Yeo & Yeo Names Thomas Hollerback President & CEO

SAGINAW, Mich., Jan. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The principals of Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants have elected Thomas E. Hollerback , CPA, CFF, CFE, president & CEO of Yeo & Yeo.  He assumes responsibility for the firm's eight Michigan offices.  In addition to managing the CPA practice, he becomes the CEO of affiliates Yeo & Yeo Computer Consulting and Affiliated Medical Billing.

Mr. Hollerback is a 1983 graduate of Central Michigan University and joined the firm that same year.  His areas of expertise include audit services, business consulting and fraud investigation.  Prior to becoming President & CEO, he was the leader of the firm's Fraud Investigation Services Group and the Director of Personnel.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). 

Mr. Hollerback has served as chairman of the Saginaw Medical Federal Credit Union board of directors for 15 years and serves on the board of directors of Central Michigan University's Accounting Advisory Committee.  He is past treasurer and executive board member of the Tri-County Community Adjudication Program, past president of Saginaw Northwest Kiwanis and mentor to elementary students through the R.E.A.D Association of Saginaw County.

Mr. Hollerback succeeds John M. Kunitzer , Yeo & Yeo's president & CEO for 15 years.  Mr. Kunitzer will continue to offer accounting, tax and consulting services and assist with special projects.
