SARDAA celebrates schizophrenia awareness with first ever interactive art installation
NEW YORK, May 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- May is Mental Health Awareness Month. You are invited to a press party on Tue, May 16 from 6 – 9 PM in NYC, at One Art Space, 23 Warren Street in Tribeca, NY, for the first ever interactive art installation featuring the voices and images of people affected by schizophrenia.
Hearing Voices of Support is an initiative by the Schizophrenia and Related Disorders Alliance of America (SARDAA), to promote acceptance, support, hope, treatment and recovery for the millions of people affected by schizophrenia and related brain disorders. Watch the trailer.
The event will also be free and open to the public on Tue, May 16 (3-5 PM), Wed, May 17 (3-7 PM), Thu & Fri, May 18 & 19 (3-9 PM) and Sat, May 20 (12-5 PM).

Calen Pick - Artist, nephew of Glenn Close, has schizoaffective disorder, a combination of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
