BETHESDA, Md., April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Zengo Cycle, the first fully-dedicated cycling studio in the Washington, DC metro area is pleased to announce the April 11 opening of its fourth studio in Northern Virginia's Fairfax Mosaic District (2905 District Avenue) and its fifth location to rock Cathedral Commons in fall 2015.
"Zengo delivers an intense, exceptional fitness experience to a community of riders who are as supportive of each other as our instructors are for them," said Marc Caputo, Zengo Cycle founder. "The results here are more than just physical. As one of our riders says, 'Who says meditation has to be silent?'"
At Zengo, fitness is fun. There is no gender bias, no age bias and no fitness level bias. Anyone can enjoy the invigorating, cycle-centric workout for the body, mind, and soul. All Zengo Cycle studios feature pumping music with lights down low, creating an atmosphere of intimacy and energy. The lower body is always pedaling and engaged, while the upper body dances to the beat, keeping the core muscles engaged and triceps tight. The invigorating and inspiring class, partly "zen" but mostly "go," delivers a hardcore cardio and strength training experience you'll never forget.
Zengo Cycle does not charge annual or monthly membership fees, and first rides are free for new customers. Clients purchase class credits and reserve bikes through the customized online reservation system at zengocycle.com.
These locations bring the total to five Zengo Cycle studios in the DC metro area. Caputo plans to expand to 20 to 30 cycling studios throughout the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic over the next three to five years.
