Zions Bancorporation Board Declares Dividends For Common And Preferred Shares

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend is payable November 29, 2012, to shareholders of record on November 23, 2012. The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly cash dividends on the company's various perpetual preferred shares. The cash dividends on the Series A, C, and F shares are payable on December 15, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2012.
