HARTFORD, Conn., June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boards of Directors of The Zweig Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ZF) and The Zweig Total Return Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ZTR) today announced that at the joint annual meeting of shareholders held on June 10, shareholders of each fund re-elected Directors George R. Aylward and William H. Wright II to three-year terms for each board through the annual meeting in 2019, or until a successor has been duly elected and qualified. The voting results are as follows:
