Arizona Association of REALTORS® honors outstanding industry leaders
PHOENIX, Oct. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), the largest professional trade organization in Arizona supporting more than 40,000 REALTOR® members, has honored two of its leading members for their dedication and outstanding work. The awards were presented at the Inaugural Dinner at its 2015 Leadership Conference on October 15, 2014.
Gary Nelson, rCRMS, CRS, GRI received the Tyler Strout Vision Award. It honors the Arizona REALTOR® who exemplifies the "best prepared real estate practitioner with the highest standards." Nelson, with Realty Executives of Flagstaff, has been in the real estate profession for more than 20 years and is well-known for his talent in mentoring other agents. He has served his community by serving on the Toys For Tots and Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce boards of directors. Nelson is a past president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
Holly Mabery, ABR, rCRMS, GRI, was presented with the Arthur G. Crozier Distinguished Service Award. It honors an Arizona REALTOR® who has provided exemplary service in one or more of the association's strategic focus areas. Mabery has served in many local and state leadership positions, including as past president of AAR and the Sedona/Verde Valley Association of REALTORS®. She is with Keller Williams Check Realty and has been in the real estate profession for more than 16 years. Mabery is a third-generation Arizonan.
