Birch Expands Sales Force, Opens New Detroit Office

ATLANTA, Dec. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Birch Communications, Inc., ("Birch") a leading technology service provider of IP-based communications, broadband, cloud and IT-services to small, mid-sized, enterprise and wholesale businesses, is pleased to announce the opening of a new sales branch in Livonia, Michigan.

Detroit was selected because it lies on the backbone of the private Birch IP-Network, which extends to 41 strategic markets in 22 states. The new office occupies 2,305 square-feet of space in the Laurel Office Park III building located at 17197 North Laurel Park Drive, Suite 281, Livonia, Michigan. The office is newly occupied by a direct sales force and will be fully staffed within six months. Birch also has an indirect and enterprise sales force through channel partners currently operating in Detroit.

Birch's regional general manager of direct sales, Michael Perrone, will be leading the new Detroit sales team. "I'm very excited to open our Detroit office.
