(NYSE: BRX) announced today that certain selling stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders") affiliated with Centerbridge Partners, L.P. have commenced a secondary offering of 5,608,082 shares of Brixmor's common stock, representing all of the remaining shares held by such Selling Stockholders.
Brixmor is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering. In addition, none of Brixmor's officers or directors are selling any shares of common stock in the offering.
Citigroup is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
