DALLAS, Jan. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Closing out a year of tremendous growth, the TWINOAKS Board of Directors led by Chairman Ken Barnett is proud to announce the promotion of Steve DeVore from Managing Director to President as the agency continues momentum into 2016.

In addition to developing talent during his tenure with TWINOAKS, DeVore has led the establishment of a second New York City hub for the agency to better serve East Coast clients, and seamlessly managed operations between the new location and the company's Dallas headquarters. Among DeVore's significant new business achievements are the launch of the Beiersdorf account, in which TWINOAKS broadened the brand's shopper capabilities, and the expansion of the relationship with Elmer's, including marketing initiatives and category reinventions across a number of channels. Also under DeVore's leadership, TWINOAKS has become the Agency of Record for Lavazza coffee.

Prior to TWINOAKS, DeVore spent nine years in account leadership at Saatchi & Saatchi X and three years at Stone Ward. He holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Advertising from Arkansas State University.
