Based on the research and findings captured in How Deconstructing the American School System Will Reconstruct the American Dream (2011), the New American school model is built on a foundation of principles: 1) Nothing that takes place in a classroom by itself will EVER close the gap on learning for children at risk, and 2) Every child represents a unique opportunity to change the world for the better with individual talents that can be cultivated successfully through a practical, holistic approach for his/her benefit and the greater good.
