Fuddruckers® Expands South Florida Presence With Fourth Location; Palmetto Bay Restaurant In Miami Area To Debut Today

MIAMI, June 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fuddruckers® is bringing the "World's Greatest Hamburgers"® and signature Build Your Own® market fresh produce bar back to Palmetto Bay thanks to area franchisees Marcello and Berny Montalvan of Vitafoods Enterprises.  The 7,500-square-foot fast casual restaurant opens today at 14875 South Dixie Highway and marks Fuddruckers' return to the community after a more than decade-long absence.  Vitafoods Enterprises, which has been a franchisee since 2003, currently operates three other Fuddruckers in South Florida, including Doral, Hialeah and Pembroke Pines locations.

The Palmetto Bay store, which is the largest in the state, will showcase Fuddruckers' dynamic, new interior scheme that pays homage to the Texas-born chain's signature roadhouse look, while streamlining the popular environment for today's more sophisticated tastes.  The resulting restaurant will be warm and inviting, offering a setting that is ideal for everything from a family gathering to a couple's night out.  Diners will also have the option of eating alfresco on the expansive, covered patio.

Fuddruckers prides itself on using only fresh – never frozen – 100% USDA premium-cut beef.  Burgers are cooked to order and served on delicious, sesame-topped buns that are baked onsite from scratch throughout the day to achieve the perfect combination of crisp crust and melt-in-your-mouth texture.  Guests can also enjoy an array of other menu items, some of which are exclusive to the South Florida market, such as the Mahi Mahi and Tilapia.
