WASHINGTON, Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) announced the performance of timeless funk sensation band, WAR, and legendary percussionist, Sheila E., during its 35th Anniversary Awards Gala Concert Finale on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the Walter E. Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
