NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, HireArt is announcing the launch of HireArt Seed, an initiative to give seed-stage start-ups affordable access to its web-based hiring services. HireArt is a platform that utilizes standardized templates and videos to provide transparency and trust between employers and employees. With strong traction over the past few years, HireArt wants to share its success with the start-up community by donating its services to qualified candidates through HireArt Seed, a self-funded program.

For seed-stage start-ups which graduated from an accelerator and have raised less than $2M in funding, the HireArt Seed program will fund 100% of the HireArt platform costs during the first year of usage. HireArt Co-Founder Nick Sedlet explains, "We're extremely excited to help our friends in the start-up community. Starting a company has many challenges, and for many the biggest hurdle is finding the right employees. We would like to use HireArt Seed to remove those types of obstacles."
The program allows start-ups to get the same level of service of other employers. Start-ups can post a job and HireArt will send pre-screened job applicants who meet the company's criteria. Only curated job applicants will be selected and forwarded to the hiring company. Each applicant has also completed a video profile which makes it far easier to get to know them. Note that HireArt has over 80,000 applicants in its database and also sources candidates from additional job boards on behalf of its clients. Adds Roberto Thais, HireArt's engineer in charge of HireArt Seed, "Many people have asked us why we would give away our services for free. We have benefitted from generous grants from Heroku and Amazon on graduating from Y Combinator, and this motivated us to pay forward: We believe start-ups will grow and we want to be by their side from the start."
HireArt provides a solution that screens for and monitors organizational "fit" for employees and employers to build transparency and verifiable trust in the job seeking process. The faster this happens, the shorter it takes for start-ups to benefit from sustainable and profitable growth. The HireArt Seed program ensures that companies can sign up for HireArt Seed at HireArt.com/seed.
