This worldwide quality management certification confirms to Level 3 Colombia's customers the company's commitment to maintaining the high level of network services management and processes that meet or exceed international standards for certification. These industry standards and regulations assure the quality of the process through which standard service changes required by these customers are received, analyzed and executed. The processes for availability management and the process for issues at a proactive level also were certified.
