The day-long event will include topics attesting to the value of a US-National Exchange listing, SEC and governance requirements on the exchange, shareholder communication strategies and public relations. The event will include presentations and panel discussions, one of which will include remarks and a question-and-answer session with recently-listed Nasdaq companies.

The event is invitation-only and is part of an on-going series of educational seminars provided by Nasdaq.
