NetDocuments Acquires Decisiv Email Technology and Team from Recommind

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NetDocuments, a leading cloud-based document and email management service, today announced the acquisition of Decisiv Email from Recommind, an information intelligence company focused on advanced analytics for discovery and investigations. This acquisition includes Decisiv Email's development team as well as the technology.
