New York City Financier Launches Jakob Pek Fund, LP
A new way to passively invest online
EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J., Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- A unique, non-institutional, investment model structured by Jakob Pek Fund, LP will for the first time, allow individual and institutional investors the opportunity to passively invest in real estate through Limited Partnerships. Simultaneously, the real estate investment company will facilitate the process of securing mortgages for accredited real estate investors. All investments are protected through real estate collateral.
Created by seasoned financier, Emma Levin, the Fund will offer its investors high yields and annual returns of up to 6.5%, with investment terms ranging between 6 months to 3 years.
