O2 Media Flexes E-Commerce Muscle with Acquisition of Retailer Inbox Fitness®

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. and NEWARK, Del., Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- O2 Media™, the leader in branded entertainment and a fully integrated broadcast media production company announced today that it has acquired the health and fitness e-retailer InboxFitness.com.

The capital infusion underscores O2 Media's investment in strengthening and expanding InboxFitness.com's growth which will enhance O2 Media's ability to accelerate their e-commerce expansion across their TV shows which are typically women-centric, and expand their reach to the male audience with new programs and distribution channels. 

InboxFitness.com is a fast-growing e-commerce business focused on health and fitness. The e-retailer offers over 3,000 products from more than 200 brands including healthy foods, nutritional supplements, exercise equipment as well as content and resources for workout plans, recipes and more.

O2 Media's four award-winning and long-running branded entertainment shows The Balancing Act®, Designing Spaces™, Mission Makeover®, and All Mixed Up™ currently air on Lifetime® and are also seen in U.S. syndication markets. Access Health®, the fifth show on its roster, launched November 26, 2014.
