Houston-based inspection services firm sets up third overseas operation following growth initiatives in Singapore and the United Kingdom.
HOUSTON, Dec. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- QIC, Inc. (www.qicinc.com), a global provider of inspection, project management, and quality engineering services for oil and gas companies announced today it has established offices in Kuala Lampur and Labuan, Malaysia.

QIC will initially focus on providing QA/QC inspections on drilling and completion equipment. The company plans to increase its Asia Pacific presence congruent to upstream activity in the region and expects to double its operation by the end of 2016.
