Seven Seas Water names Claudio Baldovino President of South America and Santiago Arcila, VP Business Development
TAMPA, Fla., June 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seven Seas Water Corporation today announced two new additions to their South American team. Claudio Baldovino has been named as President, South America.

Mr. Claudio Baldovino joins Seven Seas Water as President, South America and a member of the Company's Executive Committee. Mr. Baldovino comes to Seven Seas with 21 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and financial asset management in Latin America. His work experience includes being a partner and Director of Private Equity for Buena Vista Capital, a private investment firm located in Santiago, Chile. Buena Vista is recognized for founding a number of private-equity funds with investments in the healthcare, mining and finance sectors in Chile. In addition, he has also worked for Rothschild Group in London, Buenos Aires, Lima and New York, and BICE Chileconsult, the joint venture between the Grupo Matte and the Rothschild group in Santiago. He is a Commercial Engineer from the Universidad de Chile. He will be based out of Seven Seas' South American headquarters in Santiago, Chile.

Mr. Santiago Arcila, a native Colombia, joins Seven Seas Water from BP Biofuels North America. At BP Biofuels, Mr. Arcila worked as a main developer for the 36 million gallons per year cellulosic ethanol project in Central Florida. Prior to BP, he spent more than 13 years in the power industry and participated in various aspects of the development cycle, including: M&A, greenfield development, project finance, and the monetization of power assets. He has helped develop projects in Latin America, Europe and India. Mr. Arcila has a Civil Engineer degree from the Escuela de Ingenieria de Antioquia in Medellin, Colombia, and an MBA in Finance from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. He will be heading up efforts to develop business in South America.
