The Hollywood Reporter Announces The Hollywood Reporter In Focus: Interstellar Featuring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain & Christopher Nolan in Revealing Conversation About Epic Space Film

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hollywood Reporter announced the latest in its Emmy-Award winning roundtable series, The Hollywood Reporter In Focus: Interstellar featuring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Christopher Nolan in an intimate, revealing sit-down about the epic, star-studded space exploration film. The Hollywood Reporter In Focus: Interstellar will be released Oct. 29 at www.THR.com, with preview clips available Oct. 22, and will air on PBS SoCal Nov. 1 and WNET THIRTEEN in the New York City tri-state area Nov. 2.

Coming one week before the Nov. 7 nationwide release of the film, The Hollywood Reporter In Focus: Interstellar offers a rare, pre-release glimpse behind the scenes of the buzzed-about film and is moderated by The Hollywood Reporter's Executive Editor, Features Stephen Galloway.

Among other revelations, the Interstellar director and stars reveal the initial struggles and secrecy surrounding the project; recall the life-threatening costume malfunction that almost resulted in Anne Hathaway getting hypothermia; and discuss some of the real-life disaster scenarios facing the planet which play into the film's plot.
