Vonage Offers Free Calling to the Philippines
Company Working to Connect Families and Friends Following Typhoon Hagupit
HOLMDEL, N.J., Dec. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG), a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide, today announced that it will be waiving per-minute calling charges beginning 12:01 a.m. ET December 9, 2014 until 11:59 p.m. ET December 10, 2014 for Vonage residential service customers calling loved ones in the Philippines in the wake of Typhoon Hagupit.
Vonage customers on the Vonage 3000 to Globe Philippines Plan will now be able to call non-Globe numbers in the Philippines for free through December 10. They will continue to receive 3,000 minutes of calling per month to Globe numbers in the Philippines.
All other Vonage residential service customers with international calling will be able to call all numbers in the Philippines for free through this time period.

* Only per-minute charges for calls terminating to landline or mobile numbers in the Philippines will be waived from 12:01 a.m. December 9, 2014 through 11:59 p.m. December 10, 2014. All other fees including taxes, surcharges and monthly recurring charges (MRCs), etc. will continue to apply.
If calling fees were charged, customers will be credited in a future billing statement.
