Wood Group Mustang Names Carlos Meites Director of Business Development, Process Plants & Industrial for Latin America
HOUSTON, Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Wood Group Mustang announces Carlos Meites director of business development for its Process Plants & Industrial Business Unit for its Latin America region. Meites will focus on building the Wood Group Mustang brand for the business unit in the Latin American market by overseeing project development for the refining, petrochemical, biofuel and industrial sectors.
Meites brings 25 years of business development and senior and executive management in the oil and gas industry to Wood Group Mustang. His experience includes assignments in Brazil, Peru, Argentina and the U.S. and most recently comes to us from Wood Group GTS, where he managed business development for their Latin America market since 2008.
A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Meites holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and a master's in economics and business administration from the Superior School of Economics and Business Administration in Buenos Aires. He is also a fellow of the Advanced Study Program of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
